and most important thing dont afraid to give your opinon on any topic.
setting up a blogger account takes just 3 steps:
1st step. create an account

2nd step
give your blog a title
just fill a unique name for your blog as you do in creating a gmail account

e.g you gave name : makingwebsiteforfree
then it will appear as makingwebsiteforfree.blogspot.com
3rd step
choose a template of your interest.
and you are done.
and then start adding ur posts
